Rental Requirements:

​

• Minimum of 21 years to book and register.

​

• When you book one night not refundable is charged to a VISA or MC. You'll receive the confirmation by email. We will add the 7% tax to the Nightly Rate plus a $35.00 Cleaning Fee.

• It is highly recommended that guests rent a vehicle during their stay with Carlos Jeep Rental being our top choice.

Rental Restrictions:

​

• No pets allowed

​

• Aleli Cottages is strictly a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including balconies and common areas. If it is found that smoking has occurred in a guestroom, we will charge a cleaning fee of $250.00, which will be added to the guest's folio either before or after check-out.

​

• Depending on the type of cottage booked, the maximum sleeping capacity varies from 2 to 4 to 8 people. We cannot accommodate more people than the maximum capacity.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy:

​

When making a reservation, a credit card deposit is required in the amount equal to one night plus room tax.  This deposit is not refundable.  Reservations canceled 8 days or more before the date of check-in we do not make any further charge but lose the one-night reservation deposit. Seven days prior to your arrival your credit card will be charged the total amount of your stay.  Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to check-in incur a 100% cancellation fee; that is to say, we retain the payment as a penalty.  In the case of no-shows for reservations made for a specific date, we retain the payment as a penalty.

-Yes, all the rooms have AC and ceiling fans.

-No, but some of our rooms have kitchens, and there is also a communal kitchen.

Do you offer transportation to/from the airport or ferry dock?

-No, we highly recommend renting a vehicle.
