Rental Requirements:

• When you book one night  not refundable  is charged to a VISA or MC. You'll receive the confirmation by email. We will add the 7% tax to the Nightly Rate plus a $35.00 Cleaning Fee.
• Minimum of 21 years to book and register.
• It's highly important that all our guests rent a vehicle.   We recommend Carlos Jeep Rental.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy:

When make a reservation, a credit card deposit is required in the amount equal to one night plus room tax.  This deposit is not refundable.  Reservations cancelled 8 days or more prior to the date of check-in we do not make any further charge but lost the  one night reservation deposit. Seven days prior your arrival your credit card will be charge the total amount of your stay.  Cancellation made with seven (7) days prior to check-in incur a 100% cancellation fee; that is to say that we retain the payment as a penalty.  In the case of no shows for reservations made for a specific date, we  retains the payment as a penalty.

Smoking Policy:

Aleli Cottages is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere, including balconies or common area's. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, we will charge a $250.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

Room Capacity Policy:

Maximum sleeping capacity in a cottage varies from 2 to 4 to 8 persons, depending on the cottage type booked. We will not accomodate more people over the max capacity.
